How Long Does It Take For Your Products To Arrive?
Shipping for USA takes 5-10 business days (First Class Mail) or 2-3 business days (Priority Mail), for all other countries usually takes 3-5 weeks (First Class Mail) or 6-10 business days (Priority Mail) to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?
Shipping costs vary based on content and the destination country. To calculate your shipping charge, please add all desired items to your shopping cart and select your destination.
International Duties (Customs Fees)
If your order is shipping outside of the United States, you are likely to be charged customs fees before delivery can be completed. Shipping cost does not include custom fees. Please be familiar with the customs charges in your country before you order. If your order does not arrive in a reasonable amount of time, you should check with your local customs office to see if they are holding the package for payment of fees. The customer is responsible for any customs fees.
GE is not responsible for lost and/or damaged packages during the shipping process.
Return and/or Exchange Information
GE's goal is 100% customer satisfaction. GE carefully review your order and make sure there is nothing wrong with each of the products you purchased prior of shipping. That is GE's commitment.
All returns and/or exchange must be accompanied with original purchase receipt. No returns and/or exchange will be issued without a receipt.
GE will accept any unwashed/unworn merchandise items for return and/or exchange within 30 days of purchase (within 45 days of purchase for shipments outside of the United States). GE will not accept for return and/or exchange any packaged non-wearable, including but not limited to CDs, cassettes, DVDs, wrapped books or videos once opened. There are no refunds, returns or exchanges for digital downloads.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for shipping costs when returning and/or exchanging a product. All refunds will be credited to the original payment source. If the original payment source is unavailable, GE reserves the right to issue an electronic gift certificate or issue a refund check to be mailed to the shipping address provided on the order.
No refund will be issued for lost and/or damaged packages during the shipping process.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

This Agreement is the entire agreement between you, the visitor/member/customer, and Gatbik with respect to its services, its artists and family of websites. The failure of Gatbik to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this agreement shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision.
If any part of this Agreement shall be invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the balance of this Agreement.
